Flex-bonded tensile cords are vulcanized as one solid unit making the belt highly resistant to tensile and flexing forces, fatigue and shock loads.

Flex-Bonded Cords adhere strongly to the body of the belt, resulting in equal load distribution and absorption of bending stress without cord deterioration.
