# MegaTech™ 1000 High Temperature Hot Oil Hose – SAE J1405
MegaTech™ 1000 High-Temp hose is recommended for air brake hose, pressurized hot oil return lines and rotary oil/air compressor lines. Not recommended for gasoline or diesel fuel applications.
– Recommended For: Air brake hose, pressurized hot oil return lines and rotary oil/air compressor lines. Not recommended for gasoline or diesel fuel applications.
– For use with MegaCrimp™ Couplings [G25 Series].
– 1000 psi constant pressure for all ID’s.
– Meets the requirements of DOT FMVSS 106–74, SAE J1402, for air brake hose (-4, -6, -8, -10).
## Features and Benefits
– Meets the requirements of SAE J1405 performance specifications for use in high-temperature transmission oil systems and high-temperature lubrication oil systems using petroleum based oils.
– MegaTech™ is True-Bore ID Gates® Technical Spec 300F tube stock with Textile braid cover.
– MegaTech™ is compatible with a variety of fluids such as hydraulic oil, phosphate esters, diesters.
– MegaTech 1000 has a Black Textile braid cover.
– -4 to -20 validated with MegaCrimp™.
– Working pressure: 7 MPa.
